We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role involves working on significant projects, in which you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless implementation of design and industry standards. You will play a key part in standardizing processes, optimizing solutions for cost-effectiveness, and actively managing technical queries and deviations. If you're a proactive and collaborative engineer with experience in offshore installations and a strong grasp of relevant Norwegian and international standards, we encourage you to apply!

Main Tasks
  • Collaborate closely with various alliances to ensure the robust implementation of requirements from the design basis, functional requirements, and applicable codes and standards.
  • Drive standardization within the project and contribute to standardization efforts across different assets and projects by collaborating with the Process Technical Authority.
  • Proactively seek efficient and cost-effective solutions, meticulously handling technical queries from alliances by clarifying requirements versus guidelines and best practices, and coordinating responses from relevant parties.
  • Prepare and verify deviation requests for Technical Authority review and management approval.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of critical project documentation and approve safety-critical documentation.
  • Actively participate in technology evaluation, qualification, and implementation processes.
  • Liaise effectively with discipline technical authorities to ensure alignment and technical integrity.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of government requirements, as well as Norwegian and international standards.
  • Experience working with offshore installations and operations.
  • Ability to thrive in multidiscipline teams and effectively manage interfaces.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Fluency in both Norwegian and English, verbally and in writing.
