Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS is seeking a skilled Senior Process Engineer to support assets integrating major projects in execution. Based onshore with potential offshore travel, you will ensure safe, efficient and reliable operations under our management systems and standards, driving continuous improvement and collaborating with experts across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master of Science in relevant discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in oil and gas (Less experience will also be considered).
• Experience from operations.
• Experience with process simulation tools such as Hysys / UniSim.
• Fluent abilities in English and Norwegian, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Support assets integrating the major projects currently in execution.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations within the framework of our business management systems and relevant standards and requirements within the process discipline.
• Drive continuous improvement within the team, and work in close collaboration with experts in other disciplines to ensure the best solutions.
• Verification of operating procedures.
• Production optimization and debottlenecking of the facility.
• Support operations team and project team with process competence. Contribute to engineering and technical queries (EQ) and Management of Change (MOC)
• Participate in risk assessments such as Hazop / LOPA / SORA, barrier mapping, and root cause analysis (5-Why).
• Give input to the development of digital solutions and tools to improve ways of working.
