Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years’ experience delivering mechanical systems on large projects.
• Proven experience with HVAC, plumbing, drainage and fire protection systems.
• Familiarity with BIM and mechanical design tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of mechanical systems across projects.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and architectural disciplines for integrated design.
• Supervise mechanical subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and ensure schedules and milestones are met.
• Review designs, specs, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Provide input during design development and value engineering.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of systems.
• Troubleshoot site-based mechanical issues and develop solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct QA/QC, commissioning, and O&M documentation.
• Mentor site engineers and supervisors.
• Chair or participate in coordination meetings with stakeholders.
• Report on mechanical status, risks, and mitigations.
