Job summary

Sisk Group in Norway seeks an experienced MEP Lead to provide technical leadership and integration for building services across multiple projects. You will mentor regional staff, drive compliance, and coordinate with structural and architectural teams to deliver high-quality MEP solutions.

Reporting to the MEP Director, the role emphasizes risk management, innovation, and continuous improvement within a dynamic, multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering.
• Professional membership with a recognised body (CIBSE, IET or equivalent) is desirable.
• Significant experience in MEP leadership and management within construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical direction and leadership for all MEP engineering and building services activities within the sector.
• Oversee design, installation, commissioning and handover of MEP systems across multiple projects.
• Ensure integration of MEP services with other disciplines including structural, architectural and civil works.
• Review and approve key technical documentation, design submissions and specifications for compliance with contractual and statutory requirements.
