Job summary

MiCiM is seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join our on-site team in Norway, delivering end-to-end mechanical and electrical systems for Europe’s leading data centre projects. You will coordinate MEP design, installation, testing and commissioning while upholding safety, quality and performance standards.

The role requires a strong background in MEP delivery for large facilities, with a track record as an MEP Lead or Senior MEP Manager on mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical or electrical engineering background with hands-on experience in large-scale MEP delivery.
• Proven track record managing MEP packages on data centres or mission-critical facilities.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple trades and stakeholders to meet project goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead all MEP activities on-site.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of MEP packages.
• Review technical designs, method statements and submittals to ensure compliance with client specifications and data centre standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks and drive issue resolution to maintain schedule and cost performance.
• Oversee installation quality and ensure robust testing, commissioning and handover processes.
• Act as the main MEP point of contact with the client, project management team and key stakeholders.
