Job summary

John Sisk & Son Ltd in Norway seeks a Mechanical Lead for the Data Centre Team. You will provide technical and managerial leadership to ensure mechanical works are designed, installed, tested and commissioned to plan, budget and specifications.

You will coordinate with engineering, construction, commissioning and client teams to drive quality, safety and client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, experience with regulated sectors, and a proactive approach to project delivery from

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in mechanical/building services engineering.
• Experience leading mechanical delivery on large, complex projects (Tier 1 or similar).
• Safe Pass/CSCS or equivalent health and safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mechanical function and oversee delivery of HVAC, utilities, and process piping systems.
• Review design documents, submittals and material selections for compliance.
• Drive health, safety, quality and risk management across all mechanical activities.
