Job summary

4Subsea is seeking a Sales Director for 4insight Marine Operations to lead the commercial side of our subscription-based platform for vessel data and metocean insights. You’ll own go-to-market strategy, pricing logic and sales collateral, engaging with vessel owners and operators from first meeting to signed subscriptions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record selling subscription-based digital services to large industrial or B2B customers.
• Experience building commercial sales strategy for SaaS or industrial software offerings.
• Comfort with complex, multi-stakeholder sales and long sales cycles.
• Ability to discuss data platforms, APIs and AI-supported decision tools.
• Fluent English; Norwegian language a plus; willingness to travel internationally.
• Plus: marine and offshore experience or network.

Responsibilities

• Own go-to-market sales strategy, pricing logic and collateral.
• Win new accounts among vessel owners and operators; lead opportunities from first contact to close and renewal.
• Turn how existing customers use the platform into reference cases and expansion opportunities.
• Be the commercial voice in internal product development with market evidence.
• Represent 4Subsea at conferences and class-society/standards arenas.
