Job summary

Motive Offshore Group seeks a Senior Sales Engineer – Subsea Testing for its Norway operations. You will act as the lead technical and commercial contact for Subsea Testing clients, engaging with engineers and senior decision makers to identify opportunities, shape solutions and close deals.

You will drive sales targets, contribute to the Subsea Testing strategy, and collaborate with the UK C-Kore team. Expect cross-region collaboration and regional travel to grow revenue and margins.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical sales or business development within offshore energy or subsea.
• Knowledge of subsea testing services and equipment.
• Established network across Norwegian operators and subsea contractors.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and close new business with operators and subsea contractors.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and build relationships with client engineers and decision makers.
• Lead preparation of proposals, quotations and tender submissions.
• Provide technical advice on subsea testing scopes and equipment selection.
• Travel within Norway and internationally as required.
