Job summary

The Senior Sales Engineer role at Motive Offshore Group is based in Stavanger, Norway, serving as the lead technical and commercial contact for Subsea Testing. You will engage with project engineers and senior decision makers to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and close deals.

You will drive sales targets, contribute to strategy, and coordinate with the UK team on the C-Kore product line, while supporting projects from proposal to delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical sales within offshore energy or subsea.
• Strong knowledge of subsea testing services and equipment.
• Established network with Norwegian operators and contractors.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English, written and spoken.
• Experience preparing tenders and negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and commercial engagement with Subsea Testing clients in Norway.
• Drive sales targets and contribute to sales strategy for Subsea Testing, including C-Kore products.
• Collaborate with UK and global teams to share leads and pursue cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions with operations and engineering teams.
• Ensure smooth handover of awarded work to project managers and operations.
