Job summary

Lucid Motors in Oslo is seeking a Senior Vehicle Technician to lead high‑level diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Battery Electric Vehicles. You will handle complex cases, work with HV systems, and ensure premium service standards in a fast-paced workshop.

The role requires hands-on EV expertise, Norwegian trade qualification, and fluency in Norwegian and English. You will mentor colleagues, document activities in the DMS, and contribute to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Norwegian trade certificate as automotive technician and EV experience.
• Strong diagnostic tool and OEM software knowledge.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English, with good communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain BEVs at high technical standards.
• Handle complex diagnostic cases including HV systems and networking.
• Document service activities accurately in the DMS system.
• Mentor junior technicians and uphold safety/quality standards.
