Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations across Europe. You will ensure fleet uptime, perform diagnostics, and support autonomous driving hardware and software updates.

The role involves high‑voltage safety, EV subsystem maintenance, and collaboration with operations, depot, and engineering teams to keep rides safe and reliable. Prior EV or ADAS experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

5+ years hands‑on automotive technician experience.
Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair skills.
Understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
Experience with diagnostic tools, service software and repair docs.
Ability to follow strict procedures and safety protocols.
Willingness to work in shift-based operations as needed.
Upper‑intermediate English communication.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
Support high‑voltage safety, battery systems, wiring, and sensors.
Update software, validate repairs, and document results accurately.
Lead shifts when required and mentor junior technicians.
