Lucid Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to be the primary contact for customers at the Lucid Service Center. You will coordinate repair processes, communicate clearly with clients, and support the technical team, guiding customers confidently through the service journey.

Qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education (Videregående skole).
• Vocational training (fagbrev) in automotive roles such as bilmekaniker, reservedelsspesialist, kundemottaker, or bilselger.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive service, customer support, or dealership environment.
• Solid understanding of vehicle systems; EV knowledge preferred or willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Basic English (A2–B1) and proficiency in MS Office; willingness to learn internal CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally to create a premium experience.
• Identify and document customer concerns via interview and vehicle walk-around.
• Explain service options, timing, and cost estimates clearly.
• Consult with technicians to determine appropriate repair actions.
• Monitor service progress and keep customers informed.
• Deliver completed vehicles and handle invoicing, payments, and redelivery.
• Answer inquiries, book service appointments, and perform follow-up tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Lucid's standards in documentation and service procedures.
