Job summary
TSMG is seeking experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technicians to support maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and operational readiness of autonomous vehicle fleets across Europe. You will work with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, SDS Specialists, engineering teams, and fleet operations to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
The role combines hands-on automotive repair, EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety, software updates, and support for autonomous driving hardware.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
- Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience using diagnostic tools, service software, and technical repair documentation.
- Ability to follow strict technical procedures and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related vehicle issues.
- Carry out advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS, and autonomous driving hardware.
- Perform vehicle software updates and configuration changes.
- Maintain accurate service records, diagnostic reports, and repair documentation.
- Lead shifts and guide junior technicians when required.
