Job summary
TSMG Holding is seeking an experienced Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, diagnose, repair, and ready electric and autonomous fleets for robotaxi operations across Europe. You will work with AV Operations leads, depot teams, safety operators and engineers to minimize downtime, perform high‑voltage work safely, and validate software updates.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience with EV/diagnostic focus.
- Experience with diagnostics, troubleshooting, and complex vehicle systems.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and document repairs clearly.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on EVs used in robotaxi fleets.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
- Support high‑voltage safety, battery systems, and charging readiness.
- Update vehicle software and validate repairs before service return.
- Lead shifts when required and coach junior technicians.
