Head Energy is seeking a Planning / Senior Planner to lead schedule and resource planning for the engineering scope, establishing Level 4 schedules and driving progress reviews. The role requires a Master or Bachelor in technical or commercial fields with at least 3 years EPC project planning experience, proficiency in Safran Project or Primavera, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Master or Bachelor within technical or commercial topics; equivalent experience acceptable.
• Minimum 3 years of project planning experience from EPC projects.
• Experience with engineering planning and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan schedule and resources for the engineering scope.
• Establish Level 4 (and Level 5) schedules and maintain them.
• Lead project progress reviews and validate progress.
• Highlight critical path and risks; propose mitigations.
• Coordinate scheduling with contract, estimation, risk and cost teams.
• Provide scheduling analyses to support management decisions.
• Communicate scheduling issues to planning manager and suggest improvements.
