Job summary

Ramboll Group is seeking an Advisor or Senior Advisor in EHS and Compliance to help clients manage environmental, occupational health and safety requirements. You will lead audits, identify regulatory gaps, and translate complex requirements into practical improvements for industrial operations across sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience auditing EHS systems in industrial settings.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical improvements.
• Strong ability to identify compliance gaps and operational risks.
• Knowledge of Norwegian legislation; EU rules a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance audits and regulatory assessments for diverse clients.
• Identify gaps, risks and improvement opportunities and translate into practical solutions.
• Assess day-to-day implementation of regulatory requirements, including handling and storage of chemicals.
• Support development of EHS management systems and compliance programs.
• Deliver strategic advisory services on EHS compliance and organizational performance.
• Prepare audit reports and non-conformity descriptions with recommendations.
• Contribute to tenders and client development; collaborate across Ramboll’s network.
