Job summary

Ramboll Norge is seeking an Advisor/Senior Advisor in EHS and Compliance to help clients understand, implement and follow up on environmental, health and safety requirements. You will lead audits, identify regulatory gaps and translate findings into practical improvements across industries like manufacturing, data centres, chemicals and energy.

You will work with colleagues across Ramboll’s international network, developing EHS management systems and offering strategic advisory services.

Qualifications

• Higher education in HSE, environmental studies, occupational health and safety, engineering, natural sciences or similar field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in EHS, HSE, auditing or management systems.
• Experience from industrial operations is desirable.
• Knowledge of Norwegian and EU regulations is a plus.
• ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 experience is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance audits and regulatory assessments for various clients and industries.
• Identify compliance gaps, operational risks and opportunities for improvement; translate findings into practical solutions.
• Assess practical implementation of regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations, including handling and storage of chemicals.
• Support development and improvement of EHS management systems and risk assessments.
• Deliver strategic advisory services on EHS compliance and organizational performance.
• Prepare audit reports, non-conformity descriptions and improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to tenders, client development and Ramboll's EHS and Compliance services; collaborate across Ramboll’s global network.
