Job summary

Ramboll is seeking an Advisor/Senior Advisor in EHS and Compliance in Norway to lead audits, assess regulatory implementations and drive practical improvements for clients across diverse sectors. You will shape EHS programs, support risk-based compliance, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in HSE or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in EHS, compliance, auditing or management systems.
• Experience with industrial operations or industrial client projects is desirable.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory requirements, especially handling and storage of chemicals.
• Good knowledge of Norwegian legislation; EU legislation is a plus.
• Experience with audits, reviews or assessments and reporting.
• Strong Norwegian and English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance audits and regulatory assessments for diverse clients.
• Identify compliance gaps and operational risks; translate into practical solutions.
• Assess day-to-day implementation of regulatory requirements, including chemical handling and storage.
• Support development and improvement of EHS management systems and risk assessments.
• Deliver advisory services on EHS compliance, risk management and organizational performance.
• Prepare audit reports and non-conformity descriptions with recommendations.
• Contribute to tenders, client development and Ramboll’s EHS and Compliance services.
• Collaborate with Ramboll’s global network.
