Job summary

Ramboll Group in Kristiansand, Norway seeks an Advisor/Senior Advisor in EHS and Compliance to support clients in implementing environmental, occupational health and safety requirements. You will lead audits, identify compliance gaps and translate findings into practical improvements across various industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant EHS, HSE, compliance, auditing or management systems experience.
• Experience with industrial operations or industrial clients is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Norwegian legislation; EU legislation is a plus.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is desirable.
• Excellent written and spoken Norwegian and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance audits and regulatory assessments for diverse clients and industries.
• Identify compliance gaps, operational risks and improvement opportunities, translating findings into practical solutions.
• Assess how regulatory requirements are implemented in day-to-day operations, including handling and storage of chemicals.
• Support development and improvement of EHS management systems, risk assessments and compliance programmes.
• Deliver strategic advisory services on EHS compliance, risk management and organisational performance.
• Prepare audit reports, non-conformity descriptions and improvement recommendations.
• Contribute to tenders, client development and Ramboll’s EHS and Compliance services.
• Collaborate with Ramboll’s global network across countries.
