Job summary

Ramboll Group in Norway is seeking an Advisor or Senior Advisor in EHS and Compliance to help clients implement and follow up on environmental, health and safety requirements. You will lead compliance audits and regulatory assessments across industries, translating regulatory complexity into practical improvements.

You will work with colleagues across Ramboll’s global network, contribute to the development of EHS management systems, and support client development and market activities while

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education in HSE, environmental studies, occupational health and safety, engineering, natural sciences or a similar field
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in EHS, HSE, compliance, auditing or management systems
• Experience with industrial operations or assignments for industrial clients is desirable
• Knowledge of Norwegian legislation and ISO standards is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS compliance audits and regulatory assessments for a variety of clients and industries
• Identify compliance gaps, operational risks and opportunities for improvement, and translate findings into practical solutions
• Assess how regulatory requirements are implemented in day-to-day operations, including the handling and storage of chemicals
• Support the development and improvement of EHS management systems, risk assessments and compliance programmes
• Deliver strategic advisory services on EHS compliance, risk management and organisational performance
• Prepare audit reports, descriptions of non-conformities and specific recommendations for improvement
• Contribute to tenders, client development and the continued development of Ramboll’s EHS and Compliance services
• Collaborate with colleagues across Ramboll’s global professional network
