Job summary

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of offshore/onshore project experience.
• Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work fulfills department plans and procedures.
• Manage document control for the project/contract.
• Ensure colleagues understand routines for various disciplines.
• Handle all incoming/outgoing deliveries through document control.
• Establish electronic archive in internal document control tool.
• Familiar with electronic client systems.
• Handle engineering and supplier documentation.
• Report technical documentation internally and externally.
