Job summary

Head Energy seeks a seasoned Document Controller to oversee project documentation management in offshore and onshore settings. You will ensure compliance with project plans, manage electronic archives, and coordinate document handling for both engineering and supplier documentation.

The role requires independence, strong communication, and meticulous attention to deadlines and quality. English and Norwegian language skills are expected in a multicultural work environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in offshore/onshore projects.
• Knowledge of relevant standards, procedures and requirements.
• Knowledge of modifications on offshore/onshore installations when in operation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work fulfils department plans and procedures.
• Manage document control for individual projects or contracts.
• Ensure colleagues understand routines and tasks for various disciplines.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries through document control.
• Establish electronic archive in internal document control tool.
