Job summary

IKM Consultants AS is seeking an experienced Document Controller for a fixed-term assignment in Stavanger from September 2026 to December 2027. The role focuses on ensuring that all project documentation aligns with established plans and procedures, while managing both engineering and supplier documents.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in offshore or onshore projects.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant standards, procedures, and requirements.
• Familiarity with modifications on offshore or onshore installations during operation.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Systematic, accurate, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Strong commitment to deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that work carried out fulfills established plans and procedures.
• Manage all project or contract-related documentation.
• Handle all incoming and outgoing deliveries through document control.
• Establish and maintain the electronic archive using internal document control tools.
• Manage all engineering and supplier documentation.
• Ensure colleagues have a good understanding of routines and tasks.
• Familiarize yourself with relevant electronic client systems.
• Oversee internal and external reporting of technical documentation.
