Preply is building a world-class Data Team to empower decision-making across the organization. You will design data solutions for marketing optimization, deploy MMM platforms, and quantify incremental ROI using advanced causal inference and Bayesian statistics.

Collaborate with Martech, product, and engineering teams to scale data-powered decisions across 175 countries. We value an AI mindset, pragmatic problem solving, and strong Python/SQL skills with experience in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Data Scientist working with performance marketing teams in a B2C environment.
• Strong coding skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience with experimentation (A/B tests) and attribution.
• Knowledge of incrementality and causal inference techniques.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with performance marketing teams to design data solutions for campaign optimization.
• Roll out MMM and build an automated budget platform using Bayesian methods.
• Design and analyze incrementality tests to quantify incremental ROI.
• Create a unified system linking MMM and incrementality results.
• Shape the testing roadmap and develop Creative Analytics metrics.
• Improve targeting and bidding strategies with predictive weights.
• Support the roll-out of AI models and evaluate their impact.
• Develop scalable data pipelines with the Data Engineering team.
