Job summary

If is seeking a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist to join a Nordic team focused on developing and productionising machine learning and advanced analytics solutions. You will work in an agile setting on use cases across customer acquisition, sales, services operations and claims handling.

You should bring strong Python/SQL skills, production experience, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Azure/Databricks is a bonus; hybrid work and Nordic collaboration are offered.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python and SQL demonstrated in commercial settings.
• Experience with productionising ML solutions is desirable.
• Fluent English communication across stakeholders at all levels.
• Azure and Databricks experience is a bonus.
• Degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end data science solutions from problem understanding to production deployment.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Guide organisation on AI/ML technical decisions and data strategies.
• Collaborate with data scientists and ML engineers to iterate and improve models.
• coach junior data scientists and promote best practices in DS.
