Job summary

Adapty seeks a data-focused professional to own end-to-end data initiatives for Revenue and Marketing. You will build pipelines, model data, and develop dashboards that fuel business decisions across teams.

The role blends engineering and analysis to surface actionable insights and impact quickly. You’ll work with Airflow, dbt, and Python to connect data sources, ensure quality, and deliver clear explanations and recommendations for growth, retention, and revenue optimization.

Qualifications

• Built ETL pipelines in production using Airflow, dbt, n8n or equivalent.
• Excellent SQL (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and Python for automation and analysis.
• Proficient in a BI tool (ideally Metabase) and dashboard development.
• Knowledge of SaaS revenue metrics: MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, contraction, expansion.
• Understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, payback, channel/event ROI, funnel conversion.
• Insight into SDR, AE, and CS workflows as they relate to revenue.
• High ownership mindset: take vague questions, clarify, build, explain, and propose next steps.

Responsibilities

• Build and own pipelines that bring CRM, billing, invoices, product usage, and marketing data together.
• Model data into clean, documented, tested layers for others to build on.
• Create dashboards for Revenue in Metabase: pipeline, quota attainment, revenue, churn, contraction, expansion, NRR/GRR, and customer health.
• Link marketing to revenue: ROI by channel and event, CAC, LTV, payback, funnel conversion.
• Own data quality: monitoring, tests, and alerts to catch problems early.
• Explain drivers of revenue movements across product, region, segment, and billing logic.
• Build forecasting and risk models: revenue forecast, churn risk, and NRR forecast.
