Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of oil and gas and wellsite operations.
• Proven experience in technical sales, account management, or business development.
• Ability to translate technical solutions into commercial value.
• Proven track record in developing customer relationships and new business.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel within Norway and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across Norway as the primary commercial contact.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand NOV's presence in the Norwegian oil and gas market.
• Present NOV Wellsite Services technologies and services, communicating their technical and operational value.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and strengthen long-term relationships.
• Engage with technical specialists, operations and key decision-makers within customer organizations.
• Collaborate with the Country Manager, regional sales teams, and operations to deliver solutions.
• Support commercial discussions and contract negotiations, aligning customer expectations with NOV's objectives.
• Track account performance and opportunities, providing updates on activity and progress.
