Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in Svalbard. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record in sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
• Manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and motivation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in the sales industry
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Experience in creating effective sales strategies based on market trends analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• Knowledge of biometric passport technology is a plus
• Must be willing to relocate to Svalbard
• Biometric passport required for travel purposes

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission based on performance. Accommodation will also be provided.
