Sales Manager - Svalbard

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities of our company, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets

• Create and deliver presentations to showcase our products/services to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals for the company

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in the retail industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• In-depth knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and customer relationship management
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Experience working in Svalbard or other Arctic regions is preferred but not required

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. In addition, we provide accommodation as well as visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.
