Key duties include developing sales strategies, mentoring the sales team, expanding market reach, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's qualification in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, or MBA Tier 2.
• Minimum 5 years in Business Development and Growth.
• At least 3 years in B2C Sales.
• At least 2 years in CRM.
