• Experience running a flexible workspace centre, store, restaurant, or similar site with strong customer focus.
• Proven sales success, with ability to build a sales pipeline and close deals.

• Manage everything on site and ensure peak centre performance.
• Generate sales by winning new business and upselling.
• Give tours to prospective customers.
