Job summary

Ceragon Networks delivers innovative wireless backhaul solutions and leads the CSP market with a global footprint. The Sales Director CSP will drive growth in the UK and Nordic regions, building relationships with service providers and expanding product penetration.

You will work with presales, post-sales and finance teams to close deals and maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline. Requires 5–10 years in microwave radio sales to mobile operators, strong communication and negotiation skills, and

Qualifications

Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in Microwave Radio Sales to Mobile Operators.
Understanding of sales processes and financial drivers in the telecom market.
Proven strategic selling, negotiation skills, and ability to engage with stakeholders.
5–10 years of relevant sales experience and ability to travel across Europe.

Responsibilities

Grow business within CSP segment focused on UK & Nordic countries through direct sales.
Identify and pursue new opportunities, expand customer base and product penetration.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations.
Achieve annual Order Booking targets and manage a healthy CRM pipeline.
Collaborate with presales, post-sales, sales ops, finance and BID Management to close opportunities.
Stay informed on market developments and competitive landscape to support sales strategies.
