Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Pre-Sales Lead / CTO to drive the technical and solution strategy for the Networks domain from Fornebu, Norway. You will support KAMs, lead customer engagements, and ensure alignment from pre-sales to delivery, shaping solutions and maximizing customer value.

With 5–10 years in technical pre-sales, you will engage CTO/CIO stakeholders, develop differentiated circuits, and influence product requirements across R&D and business areas.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of technical pre-sales experience in networks.
• Proven ability to translate customer needs into technical solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end technical leadership across the Networks/NMS portfolio and support KAMs with solution design.
• Engage customer CTO/CIO organizations to communicate Ericsson’s technology vision, roadmap, and differentiation.
• Lead opportunity qualification and quantify business value for Ericsson and the customer.
• Develop value arguments and competitive insights with Sales teams.
• Conduct technical discussions, workshops, and presentations to address current and future needs.
