SwiftMove Logistics in Alta, Norway, is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and profitability in a fast-paced setting.

You will lead a team, ensure excellent customer service, manage inventory and health codes, and work closely with the kitchen team to maintain quality.

This is a contract role with a monthly salary of 1600 USD; visa and ticket support provided, but accommodation is not included.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership to motivate and manage a team.
• Excellent English; Norwegian language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and health codes.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Customer oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional dining experiences.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
