Hedgehog Dryer is seeking a Remote Sales Support Specialist to support global sales operations. You will process orders, support customers, and help manage inventory across markets in a flexible, time-zone–aligned remote role.

The position emphasizes coordination with US/Canadian retailers, data-backed reporting, and proactive cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for organized individuals who thrive in operational accuracy and cross-border logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail required.
• Experience with major US retail chains advantageous.
• Familiarity with EDI, 3PLs and global shipping/logistics.
• Basic budgeting and forecasting skills.
• Ability to interpret data and performance metrics.
• Excellent spoken and written US English.
• Comfortable communicating by phone and chat.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders and ensure timely, accurate delivery.
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions and sales activity.
• Communicate with customers to answer questions and support sales.
• Coordinate product samples (requests, shipping, and follow-up).
• Work with sales reps to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Assist in executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflows.
• Prepare and share sales tracking reports (actual vs. projections).
• Handle customer service (calls, chat, spare parts, replacements).
• Monitor inventory levels (Amazon + warehouses) and forecast replenishment needs.
