Job summary

TestGorilla's Revenue & Billing Analyst role focuses on owning the financial side of the customer lifecycle, including billing, AR, collections, and the reconciliations and reporting that keep revenue trustworthy.

You'll join a lean, AI-enabled Finance team and collaborate directly with the Head of Finance, taking broad ownership from day one and driving practical improvements to reporting and processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer billing in a subscription or recurring-revenue business.
• Ability to own end-to-end billing processes, including invoicing, refunds, and changes.
• Proven skills in reconciling multiple datasets and producing movement reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own customer billing end to end, including invoicing, subscription changes, payment queries, refunds, failed payment recovery, and credits within approval limits.
• Own accounts receivable, collections and dunning; resolving failed payments and disputes with customers.
