Job summary

LearnPro Group is seeking a commercially minded BI Business Analyst for a short-term contract to source, implement, and stand up a BI reporting tool built on top of NetSuite to enhance revenue reporting.

You will consolidate historical revenue data from spreadsheets with ongoing NetSuite data, design NetSuite structures, and ensure a reliable BI layer post go-live. The role is 3–6 months with remote-friendly, flexible working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering short-term BI/projects as a contractor or consultant.
• Hands-on experience selecting, implementing, or administering a BI tool (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).
• Ability to consolidate data from ERP systems and spreadsheets into a single reporting output.
• Strong Excel skills to source, clean, and structure historical revenue data.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assess revenue reporting needs and recommend a suitable BI tool.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and roll-out of the BI tool.
• Build data model and reporting logic combining spreadsheets and NetSuite data.
• Create revenue dashboards for Finance Director and leadership with trusted insights.
• Validate outputs against source data and document data flows for handover.
• Collaborate with Finance and NetSuite partner to implement changes.
