Job summary

Com4 is seeking a Billing Manager/Specialist to own end-to-end billing processes within its BSS team in Oslo. You will lead revenue assurance, supervise day-to-day billing operations, and collaborate with finance, sales, data engineering, product, and customer operations to optimize, automate, and scale data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience with billing systems and revenue assurance.
• Familiarity with high-volume transaction data and pricing logic.
• Ability to translate complex billing data into insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluent English; Norwegian language skills are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end billing cycles and ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Monitor revenue streams, prevent leakage, and safeguard revenue integrity.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Product, and Support on pricing and client setups.
• Improve scalability of billing systems and data pipelines.
• Handle dispute and credit note processes and resolve issues with cross-functional teams.
• Reconcile costs against usage to maintain margin accuracy and prevent misbilling.
