You will turn strategy into execution, improve efficiency, and ensure teams operate smoothly as the business expands.

The role focuses on analysing current processes, designing scalable workflows, and monitoring KPIs, while coordinating cross-functional initiatives and providing leaders

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in business operations or operations leadership.
• Strong process-thinking mindset to design, document, and optimise workflows.
• Experience with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing, finance).
• Ability to translate operational data into actionable insights.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills in a fast-growing environment.
• Confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.
