Job summary

Head Energy is seeking a skilled Senior Process Engineer to support assets in the execution phase of major projects. The role is onshore with potential offshore travel, driving safe, efficient operations within our process discipline and collaborating with other disciplines to implement best solutions.

You will verify procedures, optimize production, and support EQ and MOC processes while participating in Hazop/LOPA/SORA risk assessments.

Qualifications

MSc in a relevant discipline is required.
5+ years' oil & gas experience preferred; less accepted.
Proficient in process simulation tools and industry standards.

Responsibilities

Support assets integrating major projects; work within central process team.
Ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations per management systems and standards.
Verify operating procedures and optimize production, debottlenecking facilities.
Support operations and project teams with process knowledge; contribute to EQ and MOC.
Participate in risk assessments (Hazop/LOPA/SORA) and root-cause analyses.
Suggest and develop digital tools to improve workflows.
