Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including architecture.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, APIs, databases, and cloud architecture.
• Experience designing scalable, high-availability software systems.
• Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architectural principles.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Understanding of containerisation, CI/CD, observability, and modern infrastructure practices.
• Ability to evaluate technical trade-offs and make well-structured architectural decisions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the technical architecture of software products and platforms.
• Ensure architectural decisions support scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability.
• Establish engineering standards and architectural best practices.
