Job summary

Head Energy Consulting AS seeks an experienced Application Service Manager to support and enhance the operation and development of our ERP landscape. You will work with internal teams and external partners to ensure stable operations, efficient service delivery, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education within IT, business, or similar. Relevant experience may compensate for formal education.

Responsibilities

• Manage the lifecycle of SAP applications, including maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades.
• Plan and coordinate application-related activities and ensure effective prioritisation of tasks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and implement solutions.
• Support delivery of initiatives and ensure alignment with agreed scope and timelines.
• Contribute to operational support, including coordination of incidents, service requests, and follow-up activities.
• Support in maintaining roles and authorizations, ensuring appropriate access management and compliance with security requirements.
• Participate in and support structured change governance processes, ensuring that changes are prepared, reviewed, and communicated effectively.
• Ensure clear communication of system changes, releases, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain visibility of activities, dependencies, and risks across the application landscape.
