Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information Systems, Networking, Electronics or related field.
• Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and explain them to customers.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to South Dakota up to twice per year for training.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support via calls, community requests, and email.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using a logical approach.
• Collaborate with team to resolve or escalate product issues.
• Occasional on-site support for service projects and events.
• Create and update Knowledge Base articles for internal/external use.
• Record detailed troubleshooting notes in Salesforce.
• Participate in After-Hours rotation for 24/7 support.
• Attend training on new products to advance knowledge.
