Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and product-related issues.
• Provide advanced remote support to internal teams, distributors, and service partners worldwide.
• Take ownership of support cases and ensure clear, timely communication throughout resolution.
• Document solutions, best practices, and lessons learned to strengthen our knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and collaborate with Product Management and R&D to drive improvements.
• Support, coach, and train first-line support teams, distributors, and service partners.
• Coordinate the most effective resolution path including engineering support, spare parts, or field service.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, service procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
• Continuously develop technical expertise through training and knowledge sharing.
