Job summary

nVent is seeking a Field Service Specialist to install and maintain High-Density Liquid Cooling (HDLC) products at customer data center sites around Europe. The role involves extensive travel, including international trips, to install, troubleshoot and service equipment.

You will share training materials, collaborate with engineering teams, and help plan tasks and budgets. Strong CAD/Visio skills and knowledge of electrical/mechanical drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data center maintenance and installation, ideally with high-density liquid cooling products.
• Ability to deliver clear product or technical training.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings, CAD/Visio.
• Knowledge of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, plumbing, heat transfer.
• Familiar with NEC, IEC, IEEE standards.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain nVent HDLC products at customer data center sites worldwide.
• Travel regionally (Europe) 50-70% and perform international trips.
• Provide installation, maintenance and warranty support.
• Collaborate with Engineers and CAD Designers on prototypes and pilot projects.
