Job summary

DB Partner is seeking a Quality Assistant to join the seafood production team. The role blends hands-on production work with daily quality and food-safety controls in a modern facility.

You will receive training on factory procedures and systems, and you will help ensure products meet safety and quality standards while recording data accurately. The position requires flexibility to work different shifts and collaboration with a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or quality control is advantageous.
• Comfortable using computers and digital systems.
• Able to work in a production environment and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Take product, water and environmental samples.
• Check and record temperatures.
• Carry out simple tests and inspections.
• Check product quality, weight, packaging and labeling.
• Record results in spreadsheets and quality systems.
• Register deviations when standards are not met.
• Follow hygiene, food-safety and quality procedures.
• Support the Quality team with operational tasks.
