Job summary

Mondelez International Inc. is seeking a Quality & Food Safety professional to ensure the quality and safety of finished products at the Oslo plant, and to lead the implementation of GMP/HACCP/ISO/QP standards with the Food Safety team.

You will coordinate QA activities, monitor KPIs, manage allergen control and supplier documentation, and drive continuous improvement across the production lines while maintaining compliance with global Mondelez Food Safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies in Food Technology or related sciences.
• Knowledge of Quality Management and Food Safety systems.
• Ability to work with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the Food Safety system based on FSSC 22000 and QA standards.
• Support new projects ensuring GMP/HACCP/ISO compliance and proper documentation.
• Track changes in legal requirements and update procedures accordingly.
• Monitor product quality, KPIs, and lead CAPA actions as needed.
