Job summary

Glamox Group HQ in Oslo is looking for a curious, structured student to join the Group QHSE team. You will support development of group-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems while gaining hands-on experience across the value chain.

The role is designed to fit alongside studies (~1–2 days per week) with flexibility around exams, offering exposure to ISO standards, documentation, data handling and cross-border improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program with strong academic results.
• Interest in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management and adopting QHSE tools.
• Experience with AI is a plus and curiosity to explore new approaches to work.
• Structured and analytical mindset with initiative to drive progress of deliverables.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint is a plus, but willingness to learn is key.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of the business process model across Glamox.
• Take part in business process mapping, documenting and visualizing workflows across functions and business units.
• Assist in maintenance and development of QHSE tools including data quality and reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance of the group-level document management system, ensuring documentation is structured and up to date.
• Track quality performance indicators and identify trends feeding product quality improvement.
• Follow up Health and Safety cases, near-misses and corrective actions reported across units.
• Prepare QHSE reporting, dashboards and status updates for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and follow-up of the annual audit plan.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders across locations to align on QHSE matters.
