Job summary

Glamox Group HQ in Oslo is looking for a curious, structured student to join the Group QHSE team. You will support development of group-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems while gaining hands-on experience across the value chain.

The role is designed to fit alongside studies (~1–2 days per week) with flexibility around exams, offering exposure to ISO standards, documentation, data handling and cross-border improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a master’s program with strong academic results.
• Interest in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management and adopting QHSE tools.
• Experience with AI is a plus and curiosity to explore new approaches to work.
• Structured and analytical mindset with initiative to drive progress of deliverables.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint is a plus, but willingness to learn is key.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of the business process model across Glamox.
• Take part in business process mapping, documenting and visualizing workflows across functions and business units.
• Assist in maintenance and development of QHSE tools including data quality and reporting.
• Coordinate maintenance of the group-level document management system, ensuring documentation is structured and up to date.
• Track quality performance indicators and identify trends feeding product quality improvement.
• Follow up Health and Safety cases, near-misses and corrective actions reported across units.
• Prepare QHSE reporting, dashboards and status updates for management and stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and follow-up of the annual audit plan.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders across locations to align on QHSE matters.

Glamox, an international industrial group headquartered in Oslo and a global provider of lighting solutions, is looking for a curious, structured and detail-oriented student to join our Group QHSE team at our HQ in Oslo (Skøyen). You'll support the development of Glamox's group-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems, gaining hands‑on experience with real processes, ISO standards, documentation, data and improvement initiatives across an international industrial group. You'll work closely with colleagues across functions and locations, seeing how QHSE connects the full business chain from suppliers and production to customers and sustainability. You will work closely with colleagues across different functions and locations and contribute to real QHSE activities and improvement initiatives, giving you practical experience that goes beyond the classroom. This entry‑level role is designed to fit alongside your studies, with approximately 1–2 days per week during the semester and flexibility around exams.

What you'll do

Who you are

• Currently enrolled in a master's program in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Project Management, QHSE, or a related field, with strong academic results so far.
• Interest in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management, including curiosity and engagement to support the development and adoption of QHSE tools across the team.
• Experience using new technologies such as AI is a plus, along with curiosity to explore new approaches and tools that can improve how we work.
• Structured and analytical mindset while also being comfortable taking initiative to drive progress of deliverables.
• Experience using Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint are a plus, but what's more important is the desire to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably a Scandinavian language.
