Job summary

Glamox ASA in Oslo seeks a curious, structured master's student to join the Group QHSE team at our HQ in Oslo (Skøyen) for an entry-level internship designed to fit alongside studies, with approximately 1–2 days per week during the semester and flexibility around exams.

You will support the development of Glamox’s group-wide Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems, gaining hands-on experience with real processes, ISO standards, documentation, data and improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a master's program with strong academic results.
Interest in Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management and tools.
Experience with new technologies such as AI is a plus; eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of the business process model across Glamox.
Participate in business process mapping, documenting and visualizing workflows across functions and units.
Assist in maintenance and development of QHSE tools including data quality and reporting.
Coordinate maintenance of the group-level document management system.
Track quality performance indicators and identify trends for product quality improvement.
Follow up Health and Safety cases, near-misses and corrective actions.
Prepare QHSE reporting, dashboards and status updates for management.
Assist in annual audit plan preparation and follow-up.
Coordinate cross-functionally with stakeholders across units, functions and geographies.
